Vodafone keep sending welcome letters stating it is £34 pm. Can anyone see what I am missing on this? I told Vodafone the 1st time they take £34 by direct debit I shall invoking the DD guarantee and claiming it is the wrong amount. Is this the best way to deal with it as Vodafone wont budge and phones.co.uk never answer their phone, but If the DD is taken by Vodafone then surely that is who I need to speak to?
