my money is late

On the piece of paper i was given by the jobcentre telling me when my jsa will be sent out it says expected issue date 31/12/13 yet i have not recieved it 😠 is anybody else having trouble with the benefit payments?

Issue date and due date are not the same,
there can be three working days in between.
as a payment by the system takes three days to clear into the account.
New Years day may be whats holding it up. If its not in there Monday gave them a ring and ask if possible for a FEP, same day banking payment

Payments issued on 31st are not due until Monday.
