kidmugsy, it's perhaps because I'm home today with a stomach bug plus a streaming cold, and thus have a fuzzy brain, but though I have done a search on google I can't find the 1-3 year ETF you mention - you haven't come across your bookmark in the meantime, have you, by any chance? ...
