i followed all your tips, using your letters etc to get nat west to re-pay my daughter-in-laws bank fees. we got as far as serving the summons when she had a letter offering a goodwill refund of all charges excluding interest. so a good result!! the money has not yet hit her account so we're keeping a close watch on it!! thanks martin, your site is great!!!
