Does anyone know a company that will insure a house for two weeks, we are waiting for the sale to go through but have already moved to our new house 4 weeks ago and the only company that seems to do it is going to charge more than our annual insurance for the two weeks!!!

won't your existing policy allow the house to be empty, if it for less than 3-4 weeks or so?0

i suggest you go to say www.morethan.co.uk
or www.tesco.co.uk who are competitive, all policies have a 14 day cool off so phone up or take policy agree to pay by direct debit then phone up after the 2 week policy and adv them that you wish to cancel....
also cancel your direct debit
