Childrens saving account with cash card for 8 year old

Looking for an easy access savings account for a child, prefer cash card access as we are someway from banks. Seen the halifax one which is ideal but they can't offer an appointment until February the 2nd at nearest branch.
Does anyone else know of any others available? Don't mind opening by post
