Could be a bargain for someone if you're after a budget smart tv, ignore the reviews on the tesco site and google it for more reviews, what hifi gave it 4 out of 5, so im guessing it can't be completely useles! Iv'e ordered one and will await to see how good it is.

This is an excellent price and I do need a new tv, but do I really need a smart tv? Do you have one and are they useful. Don't play games on the tv but not sure if Internet connection would be handy?

Smart Tv's are useful for BBC and ITV Iplayer if you want to watch something you've missed instead of having to watch it on your laptop/PC and also good if you have netflix or love film as you can watch it all straight from your tv. no leads or linking it up to laptop etc

I did also email John Lewis to see if they would price match, so i would get the five year guarantee,but have'nt heard back from them yet, also not sure if they will price match supermarkets as their policy say's "high street stores",oh well will just have to wait and see, although i have ordered one from tesco anyway as i'm guessing that they won't hang around long at this price.

Price match agreed by JL and with the 5yr warranty. That will do for me!

Don't forget 32inch Toshiba's are actually badged Vestel TVs.

I've had one in the past and a decent enough picture, but don't be thinking you're getting a top brand on the cheap.

I also got the price match and now have the telly and am more than happy with it, it connected to my wifi straight away, the picture quality is perfectly aceptable for the price paid, sound is nothing special, but then again no flat screen telly's ever are, and as an added bonus it connects to my laptop wirelessly with the built in widi. I would definetely buy another should i need it, and am indeed considering getting another one to go in the dining room.
