    Must have been quite violent.
Mr Wells admitted being smacked by Wilson did not leave bruising or even hurt and he did not need medical treatment.
Don't blame me, I voted Remain.

It must be quite difficult for some who to dislike more, the Wilson's or estate agents.

What a moral conundrum some people must be having...

Seems it's in response to another boiler not working issue.

The same problems other tenants were having when they were doing those interview of people on housing benefits.

Just don't get why the Wilsons, being worth so much would try to cut so many corners and go to these lengths, such as suiing over cistern lids etc.

Suing over a cistern lid might seem over the top, but it sends out a clear message to their tenants that they will be on the hook for more than their measly deposit in case of criminal damage.

The Wilsons probably don't feel like having to spend a couple of grand after each tenancy to make the place liveable again.
    It's a business, not a charity.

    I'm sorry? Criminal damage?

Couple of grand to replace a cistern lid?

Question for you mayonnaise....do you write posts with an aim in mind specifically to make them as ridiculous and outlandish as possible in order to get a response?

This is obviously an area that you don't understand and is yet another area you try to pretend to be an expert on without having the remotest clue.

Why don't you go and fill the printer up with paper and be a nice lad...

    Yes, criminal damage.
I grabbed this quickly from wiki, you could have made the same effort before posting.
Property damage (or, in England and Wales, criminal damage) is damage to or the destruction of public or private property, caused either by a person who is not its owner or by natural phenomena. Property damage caused by persons is generally categorized by its cause: neglect (including oversight and human error), and intentional damage. Intentional property damage is often, but not always, malicious. Property damage caused by natural phenomena may be legally attributed to a person if that person's neglect allowed for the damage to occur.

Never said that. I said they probably used the case to send a message that they will be tough on anyone causing criminal damage to their properties.

If there were LL licensing that'd be the last carriage on his gravy train.

I should stay on topic?! Me?!

After that outburst of yours trying to suggest the accidental cracking of a cistern lid was criminal damage?

Jeez...I'll just walk away slowly if you dont mind ;)
