Dinner was indeed buddha bowl type of thing - and it utilised quite a few things that needed finishing too. The last of the 'Shrooms. The chickpeas from the freezer. I cut up the last tomatoes from the pack I bought for about 89p in sainsbugs the other week, and roasted them sprinkled with garlic salt and pepper, and drizzled with basil oil, and scattered some of those over the top. It was drizzled with my current favourite dressing - tahini and lemon juice - and garnished with some smoked seeds bought at the food festival last weekend. It was - even if I do say so myself - absolutely delicious!
