Barclaycard Balance Transfer Timeframe

I have just received my Barclaycard through the post this morning.
The card I applied for was the Barclaycard Platinum 29 month 0% BT offer.

I phoned Barclaycard straight after receiving it to activate it.
After activating the card the lady on the phone then went on to say that my request on application for a BT was not carried out and if I would like to do a balance transfer which she would put through.
I told her that I would do it online as the amount I originally put down on application was now less then I had stated, she said this was fine and that I had 60 days from account opening to carry out the BT to get the interest free period.

Long story short, I put the BT through online where it said that I have 29 months 0% offer next to the Balance Transfer link.
The BT went through and is showing as taken off my credit limit.

I have just logged in now (later the same night) to find that the BT offer has disappeared and that when I click on the Balance Transfer link, it now says that I am unable to do a balance transfer from a credit card as I have no offers.

I had the impression from other balance transfer cards I've had in the past that I could do as many BT's in the 60 day period as I needed. I wonder why I cannot make another BT? Has anybody had the same experience with Barclaycard? or could give me any guidance as to why this may have happened.

    Credit limit = £8100
    BT = £2450
  • Update:

    Called Barclaycard and was told that they could see the offer coming up on my account and could not explain why it wasn't showing up when I logged in. The rep advised me to just ring in and do the BT via a customer service agent as I had upto the 21st February to do any BT for the 0% offer.
