Me and the girlfriend are moving in together soon (we are buying a house )and i was wondering what benefits we would be entitled to, if any.
My girlfriend has 4 children from a previous relationship (dad not working, no chance!), ages 9, 6 and two at 4.
I work full time on £34K a year.
Any advice appreciated peeps.

Child Benefit plus Child Tax Credit of about £10 per week per child.
I think you earn too much for anything else, but you can check at entitledto.com."On behalf of teachers, I'd like to dedicate this award to Michael Gove and I mean dedicate in the Anglo Saxon sense which means insert roughly into the anus of." My hero, Mr Steer.0 -
From a quick calculation on entitledto it looks like you would get £27.35 Tax credit, plus £54.40 Child Benefit a week, but obviously i don't know any of your other finiancial details

If your partner worked full time.. you would get 80% of your child care costs covered for the younger children, and even after school care for the older ones.0
