in Phones & TV
On December 19th we moved over to BT Infinity, with the full package including the phone. Unfortunately, although we requested it, they did not give us our ols number. since then they have been promising to change it every time we phone the help line and every time they give a different reason why it has not been changed, but so far nothing has happened.
the Help people are clearly just fobbing us off, but what do I do now> I have tried to complain on their website, but I can't get to the email part of their complaints page.

BT have a "dedicated" webpage for people complaining on the web, including on MSE:
https://bt.custhelp.com/app/contact_email/c/4950
Downside is they insist you give them your MSE username, which to some is an invasion of privacy and unneccessary. (Everyone should be able to raise an issue with them not just those who go public!)0 -
I can't get onto that page - it just says something like oops, sorry page not loading. Its the dame for any complaints or even for chat.0

Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0 -
