Epson XP-202 ink cartridges

I won a brand new boxed Epson XP-202 printer last year in a raffle and it is now warning me that it is running low on black ink.
The three colours are also well over half used so I plan to buy a complete set of new cartridges; perhaps 2 black and 1 of each colour.
I've never bought ink before so I don't know what to look out for.
Should I buy the cheapest I can find on eBay or is it worth paying more?
I'm aware of the rule that you usually get what you pay for and buying cheap isn't always the cheapest option.
I don't want to buy a cheap item that won't work properly or will screw up my printer but neither do I want to spend more than necessary.
I'm not a volume user, just a few sheets a week.
Prices on eBay go from under £2 per colour to a lot more.
Advice and comments would be appreciated.

IIRC Epson cartridges are chipped, so some third party ones may not work at all. That gum you like is coming back in style.0

I have a Epson XP-205 and order cartridges from this company. Not had any problems, but you may need to ensure that the auto-updating for the printer hardware is turned off.
