in Reclaim bank & credit card charges
I sent off my first letter to Barclay's approximately 5 weeks ago and heard nothing .So I sent off the second letter threatening court action 2 weeks ago, and I have still heard nothing.
Should I phone them or just start court proceedings?
The other thing is I sent the letters to my local branch was this the right place to send them to ?

    As you threatened to start court proceedings, given them 14 days to reply and have not received an acceptable reply by your deadline, then start court proceedings on Money Claim Online.

    According to Martin’s article and the Reclaim Bank Charges Help thread, you should have sent the letters to the registered/head office. However, the branch should have forwarded them on.
    The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life. :)

    No. As I said, the branch should have forwarded it. If they didn't, thats their problem - or it will be, when the court claim arrives and they owe you your court fees.
    The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life. :)
