I actually did buy a Citroen last June with the same offer.
I checked carefully and I can pay it off, in full, any time I want. I have chosen not to yet because, hey free money (4 yrs interest free, so I can earn interest on it until I pay it).
But if you have the cash, and want to sort it, then go for the finance, and pay it off as soon as you have the car (or put it in a savings account/against your mortgage for the duration)

If you are buying new, do it via a broker. On a Skoda I got an 18% discount paying cash and 9% using the 0% finance. The figures will vary by make and model of car.

From 2 different companies though yeah? If not that's in breach of various laws as its not a true 0% deal.
