Do CRAs have access to NINo.s, passport no.s and drivers licence numbers?

Putting your final comment first, kris ...The CRA's only process the information the banks send them, in some ways it would be better if the bank sent a NIN or passport number with the data its sending so as to ensure data is not mis-allocated.I still don't see what you are getting at in relation to this and what cRA's have access to. Why would a CRA have access to a NIN , passport number or any other bit of information which is irrelevant to credit scoring.
Other western european countries even use their equivalent of NINo as a universal login both for government and banking databases for example - it can operate a bit like a Facebook Login does across multiple sites (including MSE).
Arguably that could make ID Theft catastrophic of course!0 -
