PE court case looming

As above.

More detail here - forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=82658 , but I suspect the regulars there are a bit busy to help everyone!

Briefly, I've drafted a response to the PE 'reply to defence', and would appreciate some comment before I send it.

Can I post it here? Or should I refrain from that as it will identify me? Or is there anyone happy to accept a PM???

Thanks

Have you tried contacting the car park owner in regards to this?

edit, just read the post on pepipoo, and i would advise that you contact the land owner/car park owner to resolve this issue before it goes to court.
If you are 1000% confident of a court win, and you have studied everything and it does go to court, then i would advise making a claim against the land owner/car park owner, or whoever contracted parking eye ( as agents ) for costs etc

I'm obviously not 1000%, but if I win I will claim for costs.

I don't know who the landowner is (have asked PE but no answer) - I am assuming the resident store, but have good reason to believe they will be complicit with PE. Also no evidence that the driver genuinely spent 2hr 21min in the store (except my word, and they did).

I'm not too phased by court, win or lose, so will carry on unless they back off.

Would it be a bad idea to post my response to their 'reply to defence' here?

Pe wont tell you, however if there is only one store present such as ALDI Morrisons etc then its almost 100% likely that they are the ones who contracted parking eye to infest their car park.
As for posting your reply, this may be a bad idea as PE watch these forums - although you may want to wait for further advice from somenone with more expeirience and who has actualy dealt with PE and simalar in court, such as bargepole over on pepipoo, and parking prankster.

bm1957, I've sent you a PM from the other site.

Don't post any more until you've read that.
