how to clean a bag?

I would be ringing the supplier, if the bag was genuine (not saying it is not) it should not have went like that. I would be taking it up with them as they have obviously got to last a bit longer than two outings! I send my Celine/Chane/Vuitton etc bags away to a specialised cleaner that was recommended by the supplier/manufacturer and for a fee they clean them inside and out leaving them like new and nourished
. Your point of contact in manufacturers will be fit to recommend their own "cleaning company". Obviously choose a reputable firm
