Scam - nutra green coffee & ketones

Hi guys,
Sorry if this has been covered in another thread, but I've just been scammed by Nutra Green Coffee/ Ketones. The company were offering a free trial (just pay P&P) for some diet pills. I double checked what I was signing up for online - but there was no mention of a regular payment being required.
It's now 15days later & they've taken £150 from my bank account. Further amounts are now stopped, but I've probably lost the £150.
I'm sharing this for two reasons, firstly I'm not a stupid person & when this seemed too good to be true I checked everything for a con & (even googling them for scams) couldn't find anything. From speaking to the bank it seems that a considerable number of people are falling prey. I just want to warn others not to fall into this trap. But secondly can anyone advise if there's anyway I can recover the cash? Citizens Advice Bureau? Whilst what they're doing might be within the law - ethically it's completely wrong.
I've learned lots from this & am quite humiliated - so if you could please refrain from commenting on how stupid I've been, I'd really appreciate it. I already know what an idiot I've been.

Ah, ketones... there's a few more threads on here about them, although this is probably the main one:

...you might get some advice in it.1. Have you tried to Google the answer?
2. If you were in the other person's shoes, how would you react?
3. Do you want a quick answer or better understanding?0 -
It worries me how many people will order 'diet pills' without any knowledge of what could be in them0
-
And how many people keep falling for a "Free Trial".0

Thx WTFH for a great response - it was really helpful!0
