Mortgage Application with Arrangement to Pay Marker

Hi All,
I wonder if anyone has any experience with applying for a mortgage with an arrangement to pay marker on their credit file.
I entered an arrangement to repay a £400 overdraft with LLoyds TSB in 2010, arrangement ended September 2010 but I didn't close account until May 2011 so the arrangement will still appear on my credit file until May 2017.
Does anyone have any stories of successfully obtaining a mortgage with this on their file?
All replies appreciated.

No experience but I imagine the general advice would be to see a broker who will have a good idea of the credit standards of various lenders.0

It'll depend on the loan to value and other case data.
Order all three versions of your credit file and put them in front of a good whole market broker.

Experian

Do not pay for "credit scores" nor subscription services. The simple £2 paper files will do.
Avoid limited panel national estate agency advisors and make sure you get an experienced whole market broker.I am a mortgage broker.
