- 6. How many times can I enter? You may submit as many ideas as you wish, however you may only submit a specific flavour name once. Only one Entry per Entrant (as defined in section 8i below) can become a Finalist flavour.
- 7. What happens if identical flavours are submitted by different people? In the event that more than one Entrant submits the same flavour and that flavour is then shortlisted, the Entry that was awarded the highest score on the image they submitted shall be the one shortlisted. Where both the identical flavour and images submitted are considered by the judging panel to be of equal merit, the Entry that was submitted first shall be shortlisted, subsequent entries of equal merit will be placed on the reserve list in order, as they were received. In the event the shortlisted entrant does not respond to the Promoter within the given timeframe (see section 11 below), the Promoter will go to the reserve list.
