As others have said I'd be put off by:

1) The three meals a day.
2) The Christianity reference.
3) Female only.

If I read the advert that way, I would be thinking that you are looking for lodger who wants to be part of your family.

I would want the independence.

Maybe you should advertise the other way with nothing inclusive, and offer an inclusive option as an upgrade?

Errata

It seems very odd that you're trying to make what is a business arrangment a touchy feely huggy experience. There's a very limited market for that.
