Enforce a court judgement against a bank account?

A friend has a dispute with a builder.
Builder is hiding behind two 'old/false' addresses on their websites.
Confident of getting a judgement against the builder [most likely by default], but then concerned about enforcement of the judgement [always the most difficult part of any action, imo].
She has the builder's bank account details [where she transferred the original money to by BACS], can she get an enforcement order against this account??

I can only guess you haven't yet read MSE's Small Claims Court guide.
In there you will find that one of the options in the situation you describe is:
But do of course consider the first sentence of Hollydays' reply.Freeze assets or money in an account
The court can freeze money in the person’s bank or building society account (or in a business account). To do this you’ll need to fill in a third party debt order. The court will decide if money from the account can be used to pay the debt.0 -
