I have recent changed ISP to BT they forgot to send me a confirming email with new email address and instructions.

I have now spoken to them and now have my new email address but do not know how to log onto it or what is my password?

Can anyone please help?

How would anyone on here know your password? That is info you can only get from BT after passing security. All you need to log in into the BT webmail is your email address and password.
Alternatively, you can log into My BT and then create a new email address and password.
However it would be much better to use a non-ISP specific email service such as GMail.

How is anyone on here supposed to help you? You need to contact BT, they are the only ones who can resolve this. If you don't know their number, try 150 from a BT line, 0800 800 150 from another provider's land line, or 0330 123 4150 from a mobile of you have inclusive minutes.

They didn't forget to send you an email, they will have sent it, but it went to your junk folder. They probably wrote you a letter too, containing the email address and other information.

As macman pointed out, what you need to do is to go to My BT and then you should be able to retreive the information there. You'll probably need your BT account number too, which will have been on a letter & email sent to you.
    1. Have you tried to Google the answer?
    2. If you were in the other person's shoes, how would you react?
    3. Do you want a quick answer or better understanding?
