CMS parking fine

Hi guys.

I have a CMS parking fine of £100 that i was going to pay today. However, when i looked online for carpark management services (CMS uk ltd), i couldn't find it. Do they still exist. I'm a bit worried as i'd rather just get this thing paid. Any advice?

firstly, its not a fine and never was and never will be (they cannot FINE you)
secondly, you should be disputing it, not paying it

thirdly, not sure if they are still trading, I am sure prankster posted a blog about them

Greenman87 - can you tell us exactly the name of the PPC here and if you have it the company registration number - also this didn't happen to be the Robin retail park did it?

Also why on earth would you think of paying them anyway, esp as you posted on here a few months ago??

Yep that's the one in liquidation - check out company link info given in my previous post - (extra 0 in front of number is often missed out)

There have been a couple of reports of parking charges being issued following the liquidation - is this the Robin retail park?

Obviously ignore the parking charge - they should not be able to get the RK details.

But you should make a formal complaint to the Insolvency Service as trading whilst in liquidation is illegal.

If CMS are in liquidation i wonder what scum is being lined up to take charge of the robin park sites? Better keep an eye out for ANPR cams being installed! :eek:

Fil cad -did you see this at the Robin retail park?

I mentioned this company on one of the other threads given - it is registered as dormant at companies house at last accounting period and it is the same director Philip Kelley - I advised the OP on original thread to still report to insolvency service due to using the same trading name (obvious phoenix fraud here).

The company website above in your post also does NOT have the BPA logo and are not members (yet) - despite similar names on list - website for that one inactive.

Yes it was at robin park today, and the same staff patroling around.
