hey lee 8040, i think only TalkTalk offer the free international call package. your right, there call centre is not great sometimes, have you tried there online help? TalkTalk have a really good members forum. I say good, because the forum is staffed by OCE's (Online Community Executive) who are really good at addressing issues. there is also a online chat system, not used it, but at least it is an alternative compared to phone support. The forum has everything in writing, that suits me fine.Trinidad - I have a number of needs. Don't shoot me down if i get something wrong!!0

Post Office Homephone offer Free Intl Calls but only at weekends. ( Now running over TT network).
Sky Talk offer inclusive intl calls but at a cost of £10 a month.
Depending on how many calls you make look at someone like this. ( PAYG rates if your calling landline are cheapest).

Plusnet International Anytime 300 is £7.00pm. That includes Anytime UK calls though, so only a £2 supplemnt over that. No one does 'free' international calls.

But it's not free, it's inclusive with your tariff. You pay a monthly sum whether you make the international calls or not.No free lunch, and no free laptop
