Recipes that use lots of cornflour? Please help

Thanks all for your replies. I googled "cornflour recipes" and got lots of good recipes, surprisingly lots of chinese recipes which all looked yum and I printed some of them off to use. It looks like there is loads to be cooking over the next week. Will be upping my cake making and substituting half cornflour with normal oh and youngsters extremely glad i bought it now that i've told them what some of the recipes are:D The most exciting one for me that i found was the one for turkish delight now thats definitely going to get a try out. will let you know how i get on once i've got the other ingredients.
