I'm also Sun Plus, not on the trial, have paid a full membership but also need 10 codes, despite trying the link that was kindly given??

Only saying what the Live Chat guy said. If you are on the £1 trial you still have to collect the codes - only people who've paid the full price for subscription to Sun+ can book without codes.

You can always live chat with them and find out why you can't get on if you are on the full subscription

It all takes up a lot of time planning; if Sun+ members are going to get 1st dibs (I know it's not working for everyone, which must be even more annoying!), I might not try again in future & just go for a short Premier Inn £29/night (or future Travelodge promo) break instead!
