Got Heston choch & ginger cake for 0.99p and it was £13.99. Anyway don't want to be cruel to H but after tasting it, 99p wasn't that great bargain.

I tried one of his puff pastry mince pies before Christmas and it was horrible!

OH got given a box of Heston's chocs for Xmas - he said most were ok, but the Earl Grey one, was horrible, and the rosemary and thyme one was worse!

I actually quite like the Earl Grey & Lemon chocolate, the rosemary and thyme was alright. I would happily to stock few boxes of his chocolate at reduced price though.

I found lots of sugared almonds and other sweet treats for 10p/pack in my local store today. Not many picking them up, so I did all the dieters a favour by grabbing as many as I could fit in my basket :D

I popped into LW today for a newspaper, but decided to also avail myself of the Heston hidden chocolate sauce pudding (25p), and 10p Christmas wrapping paper (with cutting grid on reverse).
    Free thinker.

But it is all just so tempting and I am going in there tomorrow - hopefully they will have sold all of the fattening stuff!

is this the big one or the small one in town as going tomorrow! ta
