• PRTS Phone - call 09041 61 99 99 and follow the instructions given on the PRTS phone line; up to 6 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will receive an additional, third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in the second call). This can be repeated to reach the 6 entries per phone number limit. Each call costs no more than £1.54 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.
• SMS text – send an SMS text with or without the keyword WIN to 82336. The keyword is not required information so SMS entries without the keyword or where the keyword is misspelt will still be counted and charged; up to 6 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the Prize Draw via SMS a second time using the same mobile number. Entrants who send a second SMS text using the same mobile number to 82336 by the closing date and time will receive an additional, third entry into the Prize Draw without charge. Prize:

There is one prize consisting of:

• Cash
  A cheque for £40,000 (forty thousand pounds sterling) made payable by cheque in the name of the entrant only. A signature may be required upon delivery.
  
  Prize Provider: ITV Consumer Limited, The London Television Centre, Upper Ground, London SE1 9LT.
• A 10-night trip to Mauritius for the winner and up to 4 (four) companions including:
  
  • Return economy flights from a London airport (airport to be confirmed by Prize Provider at the time of booking) to Mauritius Airport.
  • Return airport transfers between the arrival airport and the Maritim Hotel, Mauritius.
  • 10-nights’ accommodation for the winner and up to 4 (four) companions at the Maritim Hotel on an all-inclusive basis based on 5 (five) people sharing the Maritim Villa. Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.
  • Up to 4 (four) spa treatments in total for the winner and any of their companions aged 18 years old or over. For the avoidance of doubt, 4 (four) treatments in total will be available, not 4 (four) treatments per eligible person.
  This element of the Prize must be booked and taken up before 31 January 2015 but cannot be taken between 20 December 2014 and 6 January 2015. When booking the winner must provide Prize Provider with a minimum of one month’s notice prior to their intended departure date. This element of the prize is subject to schedule and availability at the time of booking.
  
  If the winner chooses to take 4 (four) companions on the holiday, at least 1 (one) companion must be aged 12 years or under.
  
  Where any of the winner’s companion(s) are aged under 18 years old, the companion(s) must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize.
  
  The winner and their companion(s) must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to Mauritius. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip.
  
  It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) ensure that they and/or their companion(s) adhere to the visa entry requirements to Mauritius, (ii) organise and pay costs associated with obtaining any necessary visas for the travelling party, (iii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, (iv) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the Prize Provider, and (v) ensure that they and their companion(s) adhere to the local laws in Mauritius.
  
  It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the Prize Provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion(s) when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.
  
  The prize excludes ground transport to and from the London airport, meals and drinks (other than those specified above), excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, travel insurance, personal expenses, and visas and vaccinations.

• A Car
  A Range Rover Evoque 5DR SD4 Pure Tech 9 Speed Auto in Fuji White including first registration fee and road tax for the first year. The car will be delivered to the winner's home address within 4 (four) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the car and current driver’s licence. The winner is responsible for insuring the car and all other costs associated with taking up the prize. The winner may choose to register the car in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.
