power ratings on mixer showers

just been looking at B & Q website they have mixer showers where in details it says power rating of 10 etc-where as the higher the number the more powerful the shower-i can understand this on an electric shower but on a mixer shower that directly connected to your hot and cold water tanks how does one mixer shower be any more powerful then another?
