Payday:j:j:j£130 paid off the Halifax card so that's £360/£1335. Not quite sub £1000 yet but only £25 off it due to £50 on my Amex card. Phew yet another trip booked in the last few days so account is a bit lighter than I planned but at least every booked holiday is paid for except the holiday spends.:TDebt free and busy treating myself:)
No more toiletries/make up until I've used what I've got stashed since Jan 2011, graduated October 2012. Restocked Dec 13..damn those sales0 -
I've been a bit slow to update this month and also just got paid £15 for doing an online project so paid that straight off a CC, so now up to £375/£1335 and offically under £1000 to go, well £950 to be very precise:) Already it doesn't feel like a debt anymore, so small but still hanging around...must keep plugging away!Debt free and busy treating myself:)

That's brilliant news, well done!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0

Still waiting for said egg to arrive but tomorrow's the day:j My order appears to be complete but I've been stressing all week over them not having stock to fulfill the orders. So excited about my first Hotel chocolat egg:T
Just paid off another £50 off the Halifax card so that's £635/£1335 and £700 to go. I thought it was feeling like an anti-climax as I got closer to the day but pleased to report it feels good right now:beer: I have two holidays coming up so realistically it might well be the end of June before its gone now but what a way to start the summer:j:j:jDebt free and busy treating myself:)

And the Halifax is gone and I'm up to £715/£1335:j:j:j
Just been checking out the menus at the very expensive restaurant I'll be booking into once this is gone:p yum, anyway back to reality:o Hotel Chocolat egg arrived no problem, trouble was collecting it from the shop I spotted loads of half price Easter bits that weren't in stock online so I ended up buying another 4 mini packs of chocolate treats, still £40 odd of Hotel Chocolat for £20 isn't a bad lot if you can afford the luxuary. I feel lucky to say that these days I can:cool:
I'm still very frugual with most things, considering a few years ago pay day would arrive and I'd pay all the minimum payments out and be left with £30 to last me the month, I almost feel rich now:jI used to say having the debts paid off would be like winning the lottery and its not far from the truth, as they go down you stress less about managing and things get that little bit easier as the months go by and soon that left over cash after the mortgage and bills will be all mine...now I'll need to start thinking about a savings or ISA account:money:Debt free and busy treating myself:)
