Kitchen & Bathroom renovation wish lists

Options
We are about to put in plans for an extension for planning permission and we had started to make a wish list of what we'd like to incorporate into both rooms but we both feel we're missing things.

Can anyone add their suggestions?

So far:
Kitchen
Double oven at eye level
Space for 70cm fridge freezer
Space for bin
Light in the under stairs cupboard

Hopefully we'll be able to squeeze in a small utility room so the WM and TD will go in there with cupboard space for lesser used kitchen equipment and Hoover, ironing board etc etc

Bathroom
Shaver point to charge shaver and toothbrush
Heated mirror

Any suggestions, even mad extortionate ones will be considered :)
Thanks :D

    Kitchen:
    Larder.
    No cupboards in corners with awkward/dark/damp spaces where you can't get at anything.
    Pan drawers, not cupboards.
    1.5 sink unit
    Good long stretch of uninterrupted kitchen worktop for having space to really do some cooking, baking, rolling, whatever's needed
    Sink big enough to clean/scrub/soak oven shelves and big dishes

    Bathroom:
    Cupboard for towels and stocks of loo rolls etc.
    Heated towel rail

    Water filter tap if you are in a hard water area. On my new kitchen wishlist.

    An extractor over the hob.

    Cupboards that make use of the space to ceiling height or pull or baskets in cupboards.

    Totally agree on worktop, my current kitchen doesn't have a long enough stretch.

    All good ideas so far, I'd also think about:

    Kitchen
    - table in the room (depending on if you have space to make that an option?)
    - central island (again depends on space)
    - cupboard that pulls out towards you so you can see everything in it (sorry that's not a good description...!)

    Bathroom
    - under floor heating
    - extractor fan (we don't have one at the moment and it's a nightmare)
    - large tiles instead of small ones so that there is less grouting to clean!

    Kitchen: hot water tap and no eye level units. I'm a fan of Corian worksurfaces, or something else of that quality and convenience. Pan drawers instead of cupboards; pantry and island ideally. I will be investigating fridge drawers and built in seriously good coffee machines when we redo ours. No handles, push click everything.

    Bathroom: white. Shower quality a priority, which for us must be standalone and not over-bath. Beyond this, my only requirement is a toilet and sink. Could happily do this for not much money, though underfloor heating would be nice ;-)

    Overriding priority would be easy to clean and a simple look (aided by sufficient storage.)

    A boiling water tap and a waste extractor...I have both and love them!

    Sorry for duplicate post, having trouble deleting one and can't edit either, so ...

    re: no eye level units. clearly I need a couple of full length ones to incorporate my dream coffee machine (& the oven, microwave and food cupboard.) I just don't like the traditional ones above a counter.

    Kitchen:
    room and plumbing for a dishwasher
    somewhere to sit (breakfast bar/table etc)
    induction hob (I'm a convert!)
    wine cooler :D
    pull out spice racks etc
    pull out insides for corner cupboards
    built in book case for cook books
    lots of power sockets

    (we've just put in two cupboards which sit on the worktops with roller-doors - sounds odd, looks great!)

    Bathroom:
    lots of storage (we have a "bank" of 6 cupboards on the wall over the sink, loo etc) for toilet rolls, toiletries, cleaning products etc
    easy-clean floor
    room for laundry bin
    heated towel rail

    We've just done the bathroom, our list was

    * Underfloor Heating
    * large Travertine Tiles
    * Spa Bath (double ended with taps in middle)
    * Fitted bathroom Furniture (ie sink sits on worktop on cupboards, Toilet has concealed cistern)
    * Large Towel Radiator
    * Extractor Fan
    * hand held shower attachment (for hair washing - we have separate shower in en-suite)
    * Mood lighting ;)

    We are just looking at whether we can afford to extend/do the kitchen
    if we did I would like:

    * Large range/aga style cooker
    *eating/sitting area - either island or bar type
    * large cupboards surrounding the fridge freezer (side by side)
    *wine/beer fridge
    * built in microwave
    * lots of worktop
    *pan drawers
    also, wouldn't do without dishwasher!
