Signed cricket bat prize draw

By entering the free prize draw all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material as if they were set out in these terms and conditions.
It is a condition of entry and of inclusion in the draw when made, and by entering you accept, that your details will be used by the Promoter and its associated companies in the npower group to keep you informed (by mail, telephone, email) about their special offers, promotions and information regarding their products and services. You accept that such parties may need to disclose your details to their agents and service providers for these purposes.
There is only one prize of a cricket bat signed by the 2007 England and India cricket teams.
In the event of circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to alter the timings or format of the prize or offer an equivalent prize of equal or greater value.
Only one entry per household. No liability will be accepted for delayed, lost, illegible or incomplete entries. Entries must be on the official entry form or via the online entry form found at https://www.npower.com/cricket.
The free prize draw is open to UK residents only, who must be aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their associated group companies, immediate families or anyone else professionally connected with the free prize draw.
No purchase necessary for entry.
Entry can be made at the host ground on the day of the Test matches or online at https://www.npower.com/cricket before the closing date of 17th August 2007.
The winners will be drawn at random on 31st August 2007 by an independent person.
The winner will be notified in writing before the 30th September 2007. If the prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made by the Promoter to contact the winner then the Promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it thinks fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.
The names of the winners can be obtained by sending an SAE marked “Signed cricket bat competition” to npower, PO Box 130, Worcester, WR4 9ZX after 30th September 2007.
It is a condition of entry that the prizewinner is available for, and participates in, any public relations and publicity arranged by the Promoter.
