I am lost!

Hi,
Until recently I was able to print address on envelopes, make posters etc, now I seem to have lost this 'programme'.
This has only happened since I got someone to 'clean' the computer!
Before I mention it to him can anybody please tell me if the programme is retrievable, will I have to buy new or is this kind of programme free somehow?

Might this have been software that came with your printer - usually on a CD? If you find it you'll need to reinstall. Also have an internet search for your printer - the manufacturer might make the software available for download.

Are you using Microsoft Office?

Envelopes are just a paper size.

Posters can be produced by a variety of programs. If you can identify which program we may be able to assist.

I cannot see microsoft office on the computer but that may have been deleted with the clean up.
Yes, I was able to choose envelope sizes, label sizes etc, it was soo easy :T I really miss this feature
I now have a different printer (wifi) I will look to see if I can find a download from Epson.
