hi, my noddle report is still showing a mobile phone account open with EE, formerly Orange that formed part of my bankruptcy in 2011. it has a balance of £628 which never changes. I contacted them and had it corrected to show as satisfied but after one month it shows as open again. any ideas how I can get this issue resolved?

Clearly you need to notify them on the incident again.
