Nationwide FlexAccount Debit Card - Online or Offline?

Hi all,
Just a very quick one - I have been accepted for a Nationwide FlexAccount with the blue VISA Debit card after many years of having the purple CashCard+.
Does anyone know are all the FlexAccount cards classed as offline? The card number starts 4751 34.
I know there is only one way to find out for sure, but was wondering as long as you are accepted for the FlexAccount this means they trust you enough to issue an offline type of card?

When I upgraded from a CashCard+, I received an offline card. 0
