December 2013 & January 2014 RULES
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) which can be found at http://www.bigtop40.com/help/competition-rules/ apply to the ‘Vodafone Winter Sale’ on air radio competition ("the Competition"), which will run on Sunday 5th January 2014. The online competition will run from Monday 30th December 2013 to Sunday 5th January 2014 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is all stations that broadcast the Vodafone BT40 chart on the Sunday 5th January 2014. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
On Air: To enter the Competition an entrant must text the station keyword and their answer to the station short code (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air. From all the correct entries (any incorrect spellings will not be eligible to win) 5 winners will be randomly selected each hour (3 hours in total, 15 winners in total). Winners will be announced on air and may be brought to air to be informed that they have won. Winners will be contacted off air to confirm further details.
Online: To enter the Competition an Entrant must go to the Vodafone Big Top 40 website and competition page. Entrants will need to answer one question correctly and enter their details. From all the correct entrants received, 3 winners will be picked at random. The opening time for the online competition is 00:01 Monday 30th December 2013 – 23:59 Sunday 5th January 2014.
Eligibility
On Air: Entries are limited to one per person, those that enter more that once may be charged for the text message but will not be counted a part of the prize draw. Online: Entries are limited to one per person. Prize: ON AIR: Each winner (15 in total, 5 per hour of the BT40 show) will win: 1 x Sony Xperia Miro with Vodafone Text & Web Freebee with £10 monthly top-ups for a year.
ONLINE: Each winner, of which there will be 3 in total will win: 1 x Sony Xperia Miro with Vodafone Text & Web Freebee with £10 monthly top-ups for a year Prize Terms and Conditions: Should these products be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, NDL Group (on behalf of Global Radio) reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value.
