Any one got a high 2nd target(500) like mine today??

Mine are 30 and 80, I don't usually spend more than a few minutes on the site getting the 1st target so mine stay low, if you miss the 2nd one for a few days I believe that should bring it down.

This appears only to work for me if I stay on the screen and not Ctrl Tab out. Every time I do that (even if it's on the page or the inframe video page) the videos on the left do not play and instead it plays other random videos! This is until I return to the page!

Anyone else using Firefox and have this problem?
I wonder if I really want to download Chrome or try to use IE to do this.

I can't use Firefox with Swagbucks, (Well, I can't use firefox for much these days as it has gone right down the pan.) and have found Chrome to be the best browser for all the videos/radio played together.
Obviously, others might have different experiences but I find it runs pretty smoothly.

I work on my computer and am on it all day long, with programmes such as photoshop/illustrator open on top of Swagbucks and other such sites and Chrome works like a charm.
I have the worst results with Internet Explorer and then Firefox. 2nd best is Opera.

Have a swap and see how you get on.

Honestly, get Chrome and it will work. I had exactly the same thing with Firefox. It'll solve most of the issues other than the usual glitches everyone has like encrave periodically not crediting.

I guess it can be different for different people.

I start mine and then don't touch it except to input the code.
If no code comes up after half an hour, I just leave it to carry on running.
If you close it and restart it, it 'forgets' you had a half hour to credit and so starts the half hour again.

As I say, the code might not appear after half an hour but then 2 hours later I might input 3 codes during the next hour as it 'remembers' I have listened to it prior. Does that make sense?

That might be what the problem is for you, that you are closing it after you think you have waited long enough thereby cancelling the time you have listened.

The half an hour isn't an exact time. It can take 20 minutes to credit or 45 minutes depending on your device, your broadband capabilities, how many people are using it, how much other stuff you run at the same time etc.
Same as Encrave. Encrave rounds in the UK vary from 7 minutes to 15 minutes or thereabouts.

Have now had the radio open constantly in the same window since midday - no captchas, no credit :( Haven't shut my laptop, internet hasn't cut out.. It appears to have been playing without problem.. I have no idea :(

To be clear .. you don't need to ctrl+t out of the radio window? the captcha comes up in the pop out radio window? You can navigate away from the special offers pages where you choose the station? is you don't enter the captcha soon after it comes up, do you miss it?

Yes, that's right. You can have it minimised in the bar below and it will still credit and it doesn't need tabbing out of.

All I can think of is it's having a bad hair day for you.
Perhaps if you try clearing cookies and going from there?

I might be wrong but I suspect your issue may lie in where you've said about navigating away from the special offers page while the player's going. I always leave that open and have found it failed to credit otherwise. Try leaving it open on the page where you choose the stations. You don't have to tab away etc.

The other thing that can prevent SB from crediting is if you're running ad-blocking software on that page. You might want to just check you're not running anything that might block parts of the page, i.e. the captcha, from displaying.

Hope something in that helps you solve this. :)

Their first response was basically, "We didn't track it, so tough noogies. Why don't you try one of our other offers?" So I sent them the screenshot. Hello, missing SBs.

That's the way to do it :rotfl:

The great thing about Radio Loyalty on Swagbucks is that it opens in a completely new window that isn't attached to the Swagbucks page.
So you can then minimise it and carry on doing whatever else you want to do on Swagbucks, such as games or surveys etc.
The special offer page doesn't need to be left open once the radio is open.

You could be right about the Ad blocker however. I had completely forgotten that that can sometimes be a problem.
