I'm using chrome too.
Absolutely sure neither were crediting - nothing went on my ledger at all. Encrave is usually ok for me and maybe one or two rounds for some reason don't credit, but yesterday was 9/10.. I know the radio can take a few hours to credit, but I was running it from 3pm-2am yesterday and no credit, even now. I didn't get a single capchta, so I wasn't expecting it to really either..
I let it run and timed it for half an hour, would look for the capchta then, leave it for another 10 minutes to see if it came up, close it and reopen, try different stations - nothing! After it'd loaded I'd minimise it while I was letting it run and when I'd click on the window, often it'd go through it's loading thing again - is that normal?
I have no idea.. it doesn't seem to work and at the same time I don't *think* i'm doing anything wrong
I am getting the same problem as you. I use firefox and ctrl tab to next tab, but running for 3 hours and still no capcha at all. I've given up on it now, going to just run radio and now and again do SBTV.
edit: just so you know, I was talking about Encrave never crediting for me. I noticed that the radio now has capchas....not noticed this previously0 -

They also ask for copies of my email confirmations, which neither offer actually sends (I have screenshots, but they don't have a box to add them).
I've found that email confirmations aren't always sent so you just have to provide what you can.
On contacting Swagbucks CS I've found them to be happy to offer you courtesy SBs most of the time but politeness is the key. Accusatory and demanding tones don't get anyone very far...not that you would be like that anyway
Also, have you contacted Trial Pay directly thought the Trial Pay tab?
Click onto Trial Pay and there should be a tiny little 'Support' link at the top on the right.
If you click on that, it tells you everything you have looked at or initiated on TP and whether or not it is confirmed or pending.0 -

I guess it can be different for different people.
I start mine and then don't touch it except to input the code.
If no code comes up after half an hour, I just leave it to carry on running.
If you close it and restart it, it 'forgets' you had a half hour to credit and so starts the half hour again.
As I say, the code might not appear after half an hour but then 2 hours later I might input 3 codes during the next hour as it 'remembers' I have listened to it prior. Does that make sense?
That might be what the problem is for you, that you are closing it after you think you have waited long enough thereby cancelling the time you have listened.
The half an hour isn't an exact time. It can take 20 minutes to credit or 45 minutes depending on your device, your broadband capabilities, how many people are using it, how much other stuff you run at the same time etc.
Same as Encrave. Encrave rounds in the UK vary from 7 minutes to 15 minutes or thereabouts.0 -

Encrave goes through periods were it doesn't credit.
You should send customer services a ticket to let them know how many times you think Encrave hasn't credited for that day.0 -

No captcha for encrave
if it's ticked through all the videos and no credit.. or says 'activity completed' on the left and no credit - close and start again. If it's gone through the round and didn't work then it won't credit if you just leave it running. The only thing I can think of... while the page is open, before you ctrl+t are you making sure the cursor is on the page area? if it's on the address bar bit or a taskbar at the bottom or something it'll recognise you as 'not being on the page'. So make sure it's there when you open encrave all the way until you open the tab, and if you check on it and tab out of it too.0 -

I would hope no-one is emailing them with, "I played your !!!!ty game so where the !!!! are my points?!"
I have, just waiting for a response. I'm also now screenshotting EVERYTHING and keeping the pics until my points show up.
I'll keep my fingers crossed for you0 -

Yup, that's exactly what I do. Be careful though, some surveys- namely brain juicer's and cinema ones will boot you out if you attempt to screenshot during the survey.Minimalist

I've just remembered another thing that happens with the radio. Sometimes it won't accept your code no matter how many times you type it correctly.
It comes up with an error message telling you "You have not input the code correctly".
Err, yes I did.0
