There are four collector bills to collect between now and the 16th. If you click on your name over on the right hand side of the page, click My Swag Bucks and then the tab that says collectors bills (on the right) it will show you which ones you have collected and which you still need to collect. If you get all four you get 10SB instantly.

After a few quiet days today is much better for me. I also have done the race for life one... and completed ones have credited quickly.
Finding not all the video on the home page are crediting. Oh well. Hit & Miss for 1 or 2 SB.
on 5th Radio. Yesterday only half credited. I am logging them today but think I should be recording the captcha too so I can chase if it continues.

It's not, the amount of the instant bonus changes with each collection, this one has a 10SB bonus
