Hi - can I just ask - when you get credit for Encrave, what does it say on the credit menu? Does it say SB TV or something else?

Can you advise how many SB I earn for x minutes of viewing? I have been getting SB but I think these are from the actual 10 videos I am watching on SB TV.

On the credit menu Encrave is called Encrave Comedy Videos. It's very clear that it's Encrave so don't worry you won't be mistaking it for anything else.

Encrave runs through 20 videos and then at the end a little message will appear in the top right hand corner, that says Keep Craving. Once this appears you know you have been credited. When running Encrave you must keep the page visible, if you click on another tab or to another window they won't credit. The only way to use another window it to Tab + Ctrl into another tab. QuackQuackOops explains how to do this on this forum a few pages back. It's very detailed.

Encrave - It runs through twenty videos and then credits 3SB
SBTV - you have to watch ten videos to get 3SB

If you are looking on your account, Encrave will show up as 'Encrave:Comedy Videos' and the TV will show up as Swagbucks TV.
You get 3 Sbs both encrave and SBTV. Encrave has to run through 20 videos and SBTV runs through until you have 10 green dots.
Encrave can take anywhere from 8 minutes to 15 minutes to run a complete cycle depending on what else your PC is running at the same time.

Are you tabbing out of Encrave correctly so that it still credits while you do other things?
Also, SBTV is better opened up through the extension and not through the Swagbucks homepage or dropdown menus.

Oh, I've just remembered, sometimes you can run Encrave and it doesn't credit. It can do it 2 or 3 or more times in a row on occasion which is very annoying.
If the little green box saying "Keep Craving" hasn't appeared, then perhaps you have had a couple of glitchy rounds.

Keep trying though. It should run ok.

Just one little thing, it's Ctrl +tab, not tab + Ctrl. It does make a difference.
