Yes but only to bill you if you don't cancel. I've given mine, got the confirmation and have now cancelled and got confirmation of that. It just puts you down to a free service with a 2GB storage limit, it doesn't delete the account.

Sometimes the SB terms say if you cancel within x amount of time your bucks may be revoked, but this one didn't.
