Games not working properly for me, said no swag bucks, then checked ledger and they had been crediting. Tried key krusher, swag jump and swagasaurus run. They are getting worse.

Yes, you should get 50 SBs. Have you registered your birthday with them? I got an email earlier in the month, saying I would be getting something on my birthday. Check your spam file maybe?

Thanks. No idea. I put my birthday in every day as the daily survey wants it before I can even have a chance at getting screened out. Before the survey, if you see what I mean. Don't think I've had an email. I always check my junk folder.

Hi, I think they go on the info you give them when you register, not what you fill in for surveys, as I don't think SB actually sees that....have you checked your points ledger to see if any were credited?

Great finally get accepted for two gold surveys one on movies other on car brands and neither have credited dont even know the survey numbers to put in a ticket!!

Thanks . My points ledger is less than 40 as I've recently bought a gift card, so it's not gone on there. I checked my email, as I'm behind on it atm, and they sent me an email on the 9th telling me look out for something on my birthday. I've put a ticket in about it and will see what happens.
