What had been the problem?

Well I did the offer like I was supposed to but it never credited for some reason. The "customer service" was very annoying, in every email they told me to get a screenshot of a thing, and in the end I had to take about 10 screenshots and this was explained in 10 different emails ( because it wouldn't make sense to ask a person to take all the necessary screenshots in one email no..)And this took about 3 weeks probably because they answered the emails so slow. anyway, I had asked them multiple times when they would credit and I never got an answer. But I did mention in every email that I was not gonna give up I guess they got tired of me

At the top right, where you'd check my swagbucks, there's a tab at side of that.
Hover over picture, click my swagbucks, on top, click tab.
Does that make sense?
