I had the same toluna one at 99% kick me off too when I complained all that swagbucks did was give me a disqualified excuse and said they were giving me 5 sb in my opinion not bloody good enough.

Have you any other completed offers from them today?.If I click on the Today/Survey/Credited line then it opens a drop down box with a picture of a notepad & pencil and this against it.

each entry has a different transaction number and I have a user id number at the top, beside MY transactions (after clicking on the coin pile logo).
I don't know how to contact PL otherwise as the few problems i have had, I have always been able to find the uncredited offer in there.

Glad I'm not the only way! Crowd flower is so !!!! on Swagbucks I always do it else where considering how much time it takes to complete the dam tasks!
