I'm new here and completed a Peanut Labs Free Consumer Survey (aimed at Grand Parents) for 36SB's.
I finished and a (tickbox)(.net) screen came up saying I had completed this survey.
However some hours later and I still haven't any SB's from them.
Is this 'normal' or 'wrong'? Where do I complain?
