I think you will find that you were only on the qualifying part but because it was so long, has made you believe it was the actual survey.
I personally think that these types of qualifiers shouldn't be allowed but hey ho.
Hopefully, it isn't the case with you so put a ticket in just in case.
I've done the same as you but not been credited for it reason "It was the qualifying section of the survey".
Complete rip off if that's true, and a bit like false advertising since the actual "survey" part was asking me to choose which sweeteners I would choose out of a choice of ten different ones. This went on for about ten screens and then it asked me some more questions. I personally feel like they got the information out of me that they were looking for without awarding points.
(Should add that I feel sure I completed it because an additional question came up asking if I had enjoyed doing the survey)0 -

Absolutely agree with you about them being rip offs. I did what I thought was a survey a couple of days back and it took me 20 minutes for them to say I didn't qualify.
But if you got a question asking if you enjoyed the survey, that should give you the reward. It might just take a while to credit.0 -

Encrave's just not working for me. Not matter what I do, it either doesn't run at all, or runs for 20 ticks and doesn't credit at all.0

Another day another dodgy non crediting survey, Today culprit is a PL survey for an Asda product called smiles or something bland like that all the way to the end and its says sorry technical stuff going on rubbish. Waste of time have all my replies to this long survey and no credit.0
