Swagbucking into 2014

When you raise a ticket for a survey that hasn't credited. Do you take it up with the survey company first and then swagbucks later? This is what swagbucks told me to do but there doesn't seem to be any instructions on how to contact the various survey companies, other than google them.

I just did a DS on sweetners and got all the way to the end, including how would you rate this survey, only for it to then tell me sorry you do not qualify. I'm definitely going to raise a ticket but I'm not sure with whom?

Some surveys qualifying questions section are far too long and do actually make us believe we are doing the survey.

I think you will find that you were only on the qualifying part but because it was so long, has made you believe it was the actual survey.
I personally think that these types of qualifiers shouldn't be allowed but hey ho.

Hopefully, it isn't the case with you so put a ticket in just in case.
I've done the same as you but not been credited for it reason "It was the qualifying section of the survey". :mad:
