Yes! And they aren't so great as they were at giving you the value of the task when there's been an error. Non-redirecting, late screen out issues I've put tickets in before and I've been compensated with whatever I would have got... since the live chat appeared I've been using that to take up issues, they seem to give 10SB, 25SB at most. I don't think they're even able to give the full value.

11SB for searching for "I hate wedding planning"... and I really do.
Had a nice PL survey on options hot chocolate, quick and easy for 36 points. I've made my first 7day target, babies due on Wednesday so don't think I'll be trying for 14days! An extra £20 made in my first week of mat leave though so I can't complain.

This is what puts me off doing a lot of the registration surveys where you can earn 19 or so swagbucks just for your name and email, because the last three I've done haven't been credited and I have to raise a ticket.

My Shamrock 2 wasn't even credited.

I find these aren't as bad, like, the rate of them not crediting automatically is higher, but raising a ticket is pretty straightforward and usually, once you have, it's done, you get all the swagbucks you should have, no further issues... however... with the surveys, you can spend up to 30 minutes have something DQ at the last minute, not redirect as it should, you raise a ticket and get 10SB compensation for your trouble and having your time wasted instead of the 50SB, 70Sb whatever it is you were expecting.

I think it's fairly new, last few weeks or something. I've been using it because I can't be bothered to submit a support request and have the slow back and forth, it's really straightforward and easy in comparison but I get the impression they have much more restricted powers compared to the people responding to support requests, especially when it comes to giving out SB, or perhaps they've recently added new restrictions for all of them.

I've looked through my account for today and haven't been credited for any Shamrocks so far. Clicked through about 3 of them.
    Anyone else had this?

My second Shamrock was credited 2 hours after clicking it, so you may find that they credit later than they promised.

    can't find the shamrock but
'refer a friend page' got me 10Sb and trips:)
  • If you click on 'my referrals' in the drop down box under your name on the far right, then it should take you to a page with a big 'refer a friend' box. Click on that and the shamrock should appear :)
